International Polytechnic for Women(IPW) has been formed by the Shivalik Shiksha Society, having a proven track record in a number of fields through excellent performance in each one of their ventures. The Institute seeks to contribute to the Fashion & Textile Industry by training and upbringing professionals in areas of Modeling, Designing Production and Merchandising to a level of international skills. The Institute is located at S.C.O. 447-448, Sector 35-C , Chandigarh.

The Institute is declared as the learning center for distance education program by the Punjab Technical University , Jalandhar( Punjab)
